【摘要】：目的:了解兒科臨床口服片劑分劑量現(xiàn)狀,獲得建議優(yōu)先增加兒童適宜規(guī)格的藥品目錄,并給出建議增加的具體規(guī)格。方法:采用自編調(diào)查表,收集國(guó)內(nèi)13家兒童醫(yī)院片劑分劑量使用數(shù)據(jù),經(jīng)匯總分析,獲得最常拆分藥品、其最常拆分規(guī)格以及最希望的規(guī)格。結(jié)果:本次調(diào)查共涉及120種藥品,124個(gè)品規(guī),其中6種藥品為半數(shù)以上(≥7家)醫(yī)院均進(jìn)行拆分的品規(guī);60種藥品為單獨(dú)報(bào)道(1家)拆分的藥品。建議增加以下藥品的兒童適宜規(guī)格:螺內(nèi)酯片5 mg,氫氯噻嗪片5 mg,氯硝西泮片1 mg,巰嘌呤片12.5 mg,苯巴比妥片10 mg,卡托普利片5 mg,醋酸潑尼松片2.5 mg,雙嘧達(dá)莫片12.5 mg,呋塞米片5 mg。結(jié)論:兒童適宜規(guī)格缺乏,兒科口服片劑分劑量使用現(xiàn)象普遍。其中,抗菌藥物、抗癲癇藥和降壓藥是兒科最常分劑量使用的藥物種類。兒科片劑分劑量使用難以保證劑量準(zhǔn)確性,存在藥物治療安全隱患。為減少兒科片劑二次拆分現(xiàn)象,需政府、醫(yī)藥企業(yè)和醫(yī)院多方面共同努力。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the present situation of clinical oral tablets in pediatrics, and to obtain the list of drugs that should be given priority to increase the children's appropriate specifications, and to give the specific specifications of the recommended increase. Methods: by using self-made questionnaire, we collected the data of tablets used in 13 children's hospitals in China, and obtained the most frequently separated drugs, the most common split specifications and the most desired specifications.
