【摘要】：目的了解抗菌藥物聯(lián)合干預(yù)成效,為深入開展抗菌藥物臨床應(yīng)用專項(xiàng)整治工作及醫(yī)院感染控制提供依據(jù)。方法由臨床藥學(xué)部及醫(yī)院感染科對(duì)2013年1-12月26 686例住院患者抗菌藥物使用率與醫(yī)院感染率、例次感染率、漏報(bào)率及治療使用抗菌藥物病原學(xué)送檢率等指標(biāo)進(jìn)行調(diào)查、匯總、分析。結(jié)果通過聯(lián)合干預(yù)措施的有效落實(shí),2013年住院患者抗菌藥物使用率由1月份57.79%下降至12月份48.48%;醫(yī)院感染率由2.07%下降至1.47%,例次感染率由2.58%下降至1.81%;漏報(bào)率由6.82%下降至2.63%;治療使用抗菌藥物病原學(xué)送檢率由47.28%上升至55.25%。結(jié)論職能科室參與的多部門聯(lián)合干預(yù)管理,是抗菌藥物合理應(yīng)用及醫(yī)院感染控制的有效措施。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of combined intervention of antimicrobial agents, and to provide evidence for further improvement of clinical use of antibiotics and control of nosocomial infection. Methods from January to December 2013, 26 686 inpatients were investigated by the Department of Clinical Pharmacy and Hospital infection Department for the utilization rate of antimicrobial agents and the nosocomial infection rate, case infection rate, missed report rate and etiological examination rate for the treatment of antimicrobial agents. Analysis Results through the effective implementation of the joint intervention, the antibiotic use rate of inpatients in 2013 decreased from 57.79% in January to 48.48% in December, the nosocomial infection rate decreased from 2.07% to 1.47%, the case infection rate decreased from 2.58% to 1.81%, and the rate of underreporting decreased from 6.82% to 1.81%. The rate of aetiological examination for the treatment of antimicrobial agents increased from 47.28% to 55.25%. Conclusion Multi-department joint intervention management is an effective measure for rational use of antimicrobial agents and control of nosocomial infection.
