【摘要】：目的:建立測定洛索洛芬銀乳膏中洛索洛芬銀含量的方法,為該制劑的質(zhì)量控制提供參考。方法:采用高效液相色譜法。色譜柱為Diamonsil C_(18),流動相為甲醇-水-冰醋酸-三乙胺(55∶45∶0.1∶0.1,V/V/V/V),流速為1.0 m L/min,檢測波長為223nm,柱溫為30℃,進樣量為20μL。結(jié)果:洛索洛芬銀檢測質(zhì)量濃度線性范圍為6.53~130.7μg/m L(r=0.999 9);定量限為0.253μg/m L,檢測限為0.076μg/m L;精密度、穩(wěn)定性、重復性試驗的RSD2%;加樣回收率為96.79%~103.68%(RSD=2.23%,n=9)。結(jié)論:該方法操作方便、結(jié)果準確、重復性好,可用于洛索洛芬銀乳膏中洛索洛芬銀的含量測定。
