基于藥物-磷脂復(fù)合物的納米釋藥系統(tǒng)研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:磷脂是體內(nèi)生物膜的主要成分,將其與藥物復(fù)合形成藥物-磷脂復(fù)合物,可改善藥物的溶解性和穩(wěn)定性,提高生物利用度。在此基礎(chǔ)上,以藥物-磷脂復(fù)合物為中間載體進(jìn)一步構(gòu)建的納米釋藥系統(tǒng)成為近年來藥劑學(xué)領(lǐng)域的研究熱點(diǎn)。該類納米釋藥系統(tǒng)兼具藥物-磷脂復(fù)合物和納米制劑的雙重特點(diǎn),既能提高藥物的溶解性、穩(wěn)定性和生物利用度,也可實(shí)現(xiàn)靶向給藥,減少用藥劑量,降低毒副作用,因此應(yīng)用前景廣闊。本文對藥物-磷脂復(fù)合物組成結(jié)構(gòu)、特點(diǎn)、形成機(jī)制以及基于藥物-磷脂復(fù)合物構(gòu)建的各類納米釋藥系統(tǒng)的研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:Phospholipid is the main component of biofilm in vivo. The combination of phospholipids and drugs to form drug-phospholipid complex can improve the solubility and stability of drugs and increase the bioavailability. On this basis, drug-phospholipid complex as the intermediate carrier to further build a drug delivery system has become a research hotspot in the field of pharmacy in recent years. This kind of nano-drug delivery system has the dual characteristics of drug-phospholipid complex and nanometer preparation, which can not only improve the solubility, stability and bioavailability of drugs, but also achieve targeted drug delivery, reduce the dosage of drugs and reduce the side effects. Therefore, the application prospect is broad. In this paper, the structure, characteristics, formation mechanism of drug-phospholipid complex and the research progress of various nano-drug delivery systems based on drug-phospholipid complex are reviewed.
