【摘要】：目的提出中醫(yī)中藥在發(fā)展臨床藥學(xué)過(guò)程中面臨的特殊內(nèi)容,并剖析其原因,為學(xué)科發(fā)展提供參考。方法簡(jiǎn)述臨床藥學(xué)發(fā)展史,對(duì)比分析臨床藥學(xué)與中醫(yī)中藥的關(guān)系與特點(diǎn),并闡述了在保證中藥臨床合理應(yīng)用時(shí)所面臨的特殊內(nèi)容。結(jié)果個(gè)體化精準(zhǔn)用藥是現(xiàn)代臨床藥學(xué)的發(fā)展方向,現(xiàn)代醫(yī)藥學(xué)科分化促使臨床藥師成為團(tuán)隊(duì)藥學(xué)專(zhuān)家,但這種模式和路徑可能并不適合本就具備辯證觀(guān)和整體觀(guān)的傳統(tǒng)中醫(yī)中藥。與此同時(shí),中藥臨床藥學(xué)在藥品質(zhì)量的評(píng)價(jià)與管控方面、在臨床用藥合理性評(píng)價(jià)方面、在藥品處方及非處方使用主體方面、在臨床藥學(xué)科研的思路方法方面,均存在不同于現(xiàn)代臨床藥學(xué)的特殊內(nèi)容。結(jié)論中醫(yī)藥獨(dú)特的治療特點(diǎn)決定了中藥臨床藥學(xué)不同于現(xiàn)代臨床藥學(xué)的諸多特殊性,創(chuàng)新而非照搬是必經(jīng)的發(fā)展之路。
[Abstract]:Objective to put forward the special contents of Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine in the process of developing clinical pharmacy, and to analyze its causes and provide reference for the development of the subject. Methods the history of the development of clinical pharmacy, the relationship and characteristics of clinical pharmacy and traditional Chinese medicine were contrasted and analyzed, and the special contents in ensuring the rational application of traditional Chinese medicine to bed were expounded. The development of modern pharmacology is the development direction of modern clinical pharmacy. The differentiation of modern medicine discipline has prompted the clinical pharmacists to become team pharmaceutical experts. However, this pattern and path may not be suitable for traditional Chinese medicine with dialectics and overall view. At the same time, the clinical pharmacology of traditional Chinese medicine is in the clinical evaluation and control of drug quality. In the aspect of rational evaluation of drug use, there are some special contents different from modern clinical pharmacy in the aspects of drug prescription and the subject of non prescription use. Conclusion the unique characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine determine that the clinical pharmacy of traditional Chinese medicine is different from the special characteristics of modern clinical pharmacy. The path of development.
