【摘要】：目的:為電噴霧檢測器(CAD)在藥物高效液相色譜(HPLC)分析中的研究及應(yīng)用提供參考。方法:計(jì)算機(jī)檢索相關(guān)期刊論文、維普數(shù)據(jù)庫、萬方數(shù)據(jù)庫、Pub Med、EMBase、Web of Science,收集國內(nèi)外近十余年來發(fā)表的相關(guān)研究文獻(xiàn),進(jìn)行整理、對比和綜述。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:HPLC法常用的檢測器有多種,而藥物的化學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)多種多樣,不同化學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)的化合物應(yīng)選擇適當(dāng)?shù)臋z測器來進(jìn)行檢測和分析。CAD檢測器以其較高的靈敏度、低檢測限及較強(qiáng)的通用性等突出的優(yōu)勢,廣泛應(yīng)用于檢測不揮發(fā)性或半揮發(fā)性物質(zhì),尤其適用于皂苷類、糖類、生物堿類、脂類化合物等無紫外吸收或弱紫外吸收成分的分析與檢測。CAD檢測器在一定程度上彌補(bǔ)了其他檢測器的不足,其應(yīng)用范圍有望得到進(jìn)一步拓展。
[Abstract]:Objective: to provide a reference for the study and application of electrospray detector (CAD) in the analysis of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methods: the full text database of Chinese periodicals, Weip database and Wanfang database were searched by computer, and the relative literatures published in recent ten years were collected, compared and summarized. Results and conclusion there are many kinds of detectors commonly used by HPLC, and the chemical structures of drugs are various. The compounds with different chemical structures should choose appropriate detectors for detection and analysis. CAD detectors have high sensitivity. The advantages of low detection limit and strong generality are widely used in the detection of non-volatile or semi-volatile substances, especially in saponins, carbohydrates, alkaloids, etc. The analysis and detection of non-ultraviolet absorption or weak ultraviolet absorption components such as lipids. CAD detectors to some extent make up for the shortcomings of other detectors and its application scope is expected to be further expanded.
