【摘要】：由于口服藥物服用存在著快捷性以及方便性特點(diǎn),患者更加容易接受這樣的用藥方式,實(shí)際上,口服之后的藥物需要經(jīng)過(guò)胃腸道進(jìn)行吸收,實(shí)際的消化過(guò)程更加的復(fù)雜。除了需要考慮到藥物穩(wěn)定性特點(diǎn)以及溶解性特點(diǎn),腸道的蛋白運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)會(huì)影響到實(shí)際的藥性,臨床中還非常容易出現(xiàn)藥效不理想的問(wèn)題。本文對(duì)口服藥物吸收中的生物藥劑學(xué)性質(zhì)作了分析,提出了生物藥劑學(xué)性質(zhì)對(duì)口服藥物吸收影響,為提升口服藥物吸收率打下了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Because oral drug use has the characteristics of quickness and convenience, it is easier for patients to accept it. In fact, the drug after oral administration needs to be absorbed through the gastrointestinal tract, and the actual digestion process is more complex. In addition to the need to consider the characteristics of drug stability and solubility, intestinal protein transport will affect the actual drug properties, and it is also very easy to face the problem of unsatisfactory drug efficacy in clinical practice. In this paper, the biopharmaceutical properties of oral drug absorption were analyzed, and the effect of biopharmaceutical properties on oral drug absorption was put forward, which laid a foundation for improving the oral drug absorption rate.
