【摘要】：抗生素應(yīng)用到臨床治療已經(jīng)有70多年的歷史,由于抗生素的不合理使用乃至濫用,細(xì)菌耐藥問題日益嚴(yán)重。然而,新型抗生素開發(fā)成本高、周期長且效益低,醫(yī)藥公司對新型抗生素的研究和開發(fā)缺乏興趣,導(dǎo)致傳統(tǒng)抗生素治療面臨嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)。近年來有研究發(fā)現(xiàn),一些已被批準(zhǔn)用于臨床或正在進(jìn)行臨床試驗(yàn)的非抗感染藥物也有抗感染作用,如金諾芬、依布硒林和塞來昔布等。本文將對這些非抗感染藥物抗感染作用的研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述,以便為克服抗生素耐藥提供新思路。
[Abstract]:Antibiotics have been used in clinical treatment for more than 70 years. Because of irrational use and even abuse of antibiotics, the problem of bacterial drug resistance is becoming more and more serious. However, the development cost of new antibiotics is high, the cycle is long and the efficiency is low. The lack of interest in the research and development of new antibiotics in pharmaceutical companies leads to the severe challenge of traditional antibiotic treatment. In recent years, it has been found that some non-infective drugs that have been approved for clinical use or are undergoing clinical trials also have anti-infective effects, such as Jinnofen, ebuselin and celecoxib. This article will review the research progress of the anti-infection effects of these non-infective drugs in order to provide new ideas for overcoming antibiotic resistance.
