【摘要】：目的構(gòu)建互聯(lián)網(wǎng)背景下以用戶為本的藥品信息服務(wù)設(shè)計策略。方法分析當(dāng)前國內(nèi)藥品信息服務(wù)存在的問題以及互聯(lián)網(wǎng)大數(shù)據(jù)和智能移動端帶來的新機遇,并結(jié)合國外服務(wù)設(shè)計理念介入醫(yī)療領(lǐng)域的案例,研究了其給藥品信息服務(wù)所帶來的啟示。結(jié)論在以用戶為本的理念指導(dǎo)下,提出了圍繞用戶研究中的需求痛點,通過信息可視化手段和服務(wù)設(shè)計思維來增進(jìn)用戶理解和推動藥品信息服務(wù)流程中接觸點的整合優(yōu)化,改善在線評價數(shù)據(jù)收集、分析和應(yīng)用的有效性的設(shè)計策略,從而多維度提升服務(wù)體驗的價值。
[Abstract]:Objective to construct a user-oriented drug information service design strategy under the background of Internet. Methods the problems existing in domestic drug information service and the new opportunities brought about by big data and smart mobile terminal were analyzed, and the cases of intervention in the field of medical treatment by foreign service design concept were analyzed. The enlightenment to drug information service is studied. Conclusion under the guidance of the concept of user-oriented, this paper puts forward the idea of promoting the integration and optimization of contact points in the process of drug information service by means of information visualization and service design thinking around the needs pain points in user research. Design strategies to improve the effectiveness of online evaluation data collection, analysis and application, thereby enhancing the value of the service experience in multiple dimensions.
