【摘要】：目的:分析薄芝糖肽臨床應(yīng)用情況,為臨床合理用藥提供參考。方法:檢索相關(guān)期刊論文(CNKI)、萬(wàn)方數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、維普資訊網(wǎng)(VIP)收錄的薄芝糖肽相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),對(duì)薄芝糖肽主要臨床應(yīng)用(同病種文獻(xiàn)發(fā)表數(shù)量大于3篇)及不良反應(yīng)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)和分析。結(jié)果:檢索得文獻(xiàn)163篇,包含臨床應(yīng)用文獻(xiàn)137篇,其中文獻(xiàn)發(fā)表數(shù)大于3篇的病種有尖銳濕疣(9篇)、帶狀皰疹(6篇)、手足口病(6篇)、尋常型銀屑病(6篇)、肺癌(5篇)、小兒反復(fù)呼吸道感染(4篇)、乙型肝炎(9篇),共計(jì)45篇。45篇臨床應(yīng)用文獻(xiàn)中有32篇(共1 772例)涉及不良反應(yīng)病例,有49例發(fā)生不良反應(yīng),發(fā)生率為2.77%,以皮膚及其附件損害為主(10例,20.0%)。ADR病例報(bào)道11篇,涉及病例數(shù)20例,以寒戰(zhàn)和發(fā)熱為主(13例,37.2%)。結(jié)論:薄芝糖肽作為輔助用藥在臨床上主要與其他藥物聯(lián)合應(yīng)用,能夠增強(qiáng)主要治療藥物的療效,不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率低且以皮膚及其附件損害為主。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the clinical application of Ganoderma lucidum glycopeptide in order to provide reference for rational drug use. Methods: to search the related documents of Ganoderma lucidum glycopeptide included in CNKI, Wanfang database, Weipu Web site and VIPs. The main clinical application of Glucoderma lucidum glycopeptide (more than 3 articles published in the same disease literature) and adverse reactions were analyzed. Results: 163 articles were retrieved, including 137 articles of clinical application. Among them, more than 3 articles were published on the following diseases: condyloma acuminatum (9), herpes zoster (6), hand, foot and mouth (6), psoriasis vulgaris (6), lung cancer (5), recurrent respiratory tract infection in children (4), hepatitis B (9). Among 45 articles of clinical application, 32 (1 772 cases) involved adverse reactions. There were 49 cases of adverse reactions (2.77%), 10 cases were mainly skin and adnexal lesions, 11 cases were reported, 20 cases were involved, 13 cases were chills and fever. Conclusion: Ganoderma lucidum glycopeptide as an adjuvant drug can be combined with other drugs in clinic, which can enhance the efficacy of the main therapeutic drugs. The incidence of adverse reactions is low and the damage to skin and its appendages is the main adverse reaction.
