【摘要】：正瑞士制藥巨頭諾華(Novartis)近日公布了血癌藥物Jakavi(ruxolitinib)一項關(guān)鍵III期臨床研究RESPONSE研究的長期療效和安全性數(shù)據(jù)。該研究在羥基脲耐藥或不耐受的真性紅細胞增多癥(PV,簡稱"真紅")患者中開展,在研究的第18個月開展的一些既定分析顯示,Jakavi治療組有80%的患者實現(xiàn)紅細胞壓積受控(≤45%)而無需放血治療同時脾臟體積得到縮小,且這種緩解至少持續(xù)了1年時間。同時,Jakavi治療組有83%的患者在研究的第18個月仍在接受治療,而最佳支持療法(BSC)治療組無一例繼續(xù)治療(0%)。相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)已提交至6月
