【摘要】：目的根據(jù)難溶性藥物的不同特點,分析影響其溶解速度的因素,采取適當?shù)呐渲梅椒?加快難溶性藥物的溶解速度,減少配置所需時間,提高配置效率。方法將門冬氨酸鳥氨酸、美洛西林鈉舒巴坦鈉、替考拉寧、奧美拉唑鈉注射液、亞胺培南西司他丁鈉等5種難溶性藥物的常規(guī)配藥方法作為對照組,以增加溶媒量、配置前敲松藥瓶內(nèi)藥粉、減少泡沫產(chǎn)生、使用專用溶媒及提高溶解溫度等改進后的方法分別作為5種藥物配置的實驗組進行觀察和對比實驗,藥物配置完成至完全溶解為澄清透明液體計時。結(jié)果門冬氨酸鳥氨酸、美洛西林鈉舒巴坦鈉、替考拉寧、奧美拉唑鈉注射液、亞胺培南西司他丁鈉等藥物實驗組完全溶解為澄清透明液體平均需時分別為(42±5)s、(3±1)min、(5±1)min、(5±3)s、(2±1)min,顯著少于對照組平均需時(246±35)s、(30±3)min、(10±3)min、(10±5)s、(10±1)min。5種藥物經(jīng)過改進前后不同配置方法比較,完全溶解時間差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論采取適當增加溶媒量、加藥前敲松藥粉、減少加藥過程中泡沫產(chǎn)生、專用溶媒的使用及提高溶解溫度等溶解方法,可有效縮短難溶性藥物的溶解時間,提高靜脈用藥配置效率。
[Abstract]:Objective according to the different characteristics of insoluble drugs, the factors affecting the dissolution rate of insoluble drugs were analyzed, and the appropriate allocation methods were adopted to accelerate the dissolution rate of insoluble drugs, reduce the time required for allocation and improve the allocation efficiency. Methods five insoluble drugs, such as ornithine aspartate, meloxicillin sodium, sulbactam sodium, teicoplanin, omeprazole sodium injection and imipenem aspartate sodium, were used as control group. The improved methods, such as knocking out the powder in the bottle before disposition, reducing foam production, using special solvent and raising the dissolution temperature, were observed and compared with each other in the experimental group of 5 kinds of drugs, respectively. The drug configuration is completed until completely dissolved to clarify the transparent liquid timing. Results Ornithine aspartate, meloxicillin sodium, sulbactam sodium, teicoplanin, omeprazole sodium injection, The average time required for the complete dissolution of imipenem to clarify transparent liquid in the experimental group was 42 鹵5 minutes, 3 鹵1 minute, 5 鹵1 minute, 5 鹵3 minutes, 2 鹵1 minute, significantly lower than that in the control group, which was 30 鹵3 minutes, 10 鹵3 minutes, 10 鹵5 minutes and 10 鹵5 1)min.5, respectively, and compared with the different methods before and after the improvement. The difference of complete dissolution time was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion the dissolution time of insoluble drugs can be effectively shortened by increasing the amount of solvent properly, knocking out the powder before adding, reducing the foam production in the process of adding drugs, using the special solvent and raising the dissolution temperature, etc. To improve the efficiency of intravenous drug allocation.
