【摘要】：本文回顧噴他佐辛在麻醉圍術(shù)期、急性疼痛及慢性疼痛中的臨床應(yīng)用進(jìn)展。檢索并分析噴他佐辛的藥效學(xué)、藥代動(dòng)力學(xué)及安全性評(píng)價(jià)的相關(guān)臨床數(shù)據(jù),發(fā)現(xiàn)噴他佐辛在作為手術(shù)前或麻醉前給藥、誘導(dǎo)麻醉或維持麻醉的輔助用藥時(shí),可減少其他藥物引起的不良反應(yīng)。該藥對(duì)術(shù)后急性疼痛鎮(zhèn)痛療效確切,不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率較低。長(zhǎng)期注射噴他佐辛可產(chǎn)生藥物依賴性,并引起注射部位皮膚和軟組織病變。
[Abstract]:This article reviews the clinical application of pantazosine in perioperative, acute and chronic pain during anaesthesia. To retrieve and analyze the clinical data of the pharmacodynamics, pharmacokinetics and safety evaluation of pantazol, it was found that pantazoxine was used as an adjuvant to induce or maintain anesthesia before surgery or before anesthesia. Can reduce the adverse reactions caused by other drugs. The effect of this drug on postoperative acute pain analgesia is definite, and the incidence of adverse reactions is low. Long-term injection of tazoxine can produce drug dependence and cause skin and soft tissue lesions at the injection site.
