【摘要】：本文對(duì)中國(guó)沿海11省市(不包括港澳臺(tái))海洋藥用生物資源的利用潛力進(jìn)行了定量測(cè)算以及等級(jí)劃分,并對(duì)各省海洋生物醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展?jié)摿ψ龀隽吮容^評(píng)價(jià),為相關(guān)省區(qū)海洋藥用生物資源優(yōu)化配置及其產(chǎn)業(yè)合理布局提供決策參考。論文從自然條件、經(jīng)濟(jì)與技術(shù)條件和社會(huì)條件三個(gè)層面,選取20個(gè)影響海洋藥用生物資源潛力的因素,運(yùn)用熵權(quán)法和層次分析法,確定了20個(gè)影響因子在海洋藥用生物資源潛力評(píng)價(jià)中的權(quán)重值,建立海洋藥用生物資源可持續(xù)利用潛力的評(píng)價(jià)體系。評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)中的政策支持強(qiáng)度、海洋藥品市場(chǎng)輻射能力、環(huán)境多樣性、藥用資源供給數(shù)量以及藥用資源研發(fā)水平的權(quán)重居于前五位,表明該5項(xiàng)指標(biāo)是影響海洋藥用生物資源開發(fā)利用潛力的主要因素。通過(guò)實(shí)證分析,將中國(guó)大陸沿海11個(gè)省市的海洋藥用生物資源可持續(xù)利用潛力進(jìn)行排序和分級(jí),結(jié)果依次為:第1級(jí)有廣東、浙江;第2級(jí)有海南、山東、福建、江蘇、廣西、上海;第3級(jí)有天津、遼寧、河北。結(jié)合主要影響指標(biāo)貢獻(xiàn)度,從國(guó)家總體和各省分級(jí)層面提出了對(duì)策與建議,以期有利于提高海洋藥用生物資源的可持續(xù)利用潛力。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the utilization potential of marine medicinal biological resources in 11 provinces and cities (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) along the coast of China has been quantitatively calculated and classified, and the development potential of marine biological medicine industry in various provinces has been comparatively evaluated. It provides a decision reference for the optimal allocation of marine medicinal biological resources and the rational layout of the industry in relevant provinces and regions. In this paper, 20 factors affecting the potential of marine medicinal biological resources are selected from three aspects: natural condition, economic and technical condition and social condition. Entropy weight method and analytic hierarchy process are used to analyze the potential of marine medicinal biological resources. The weight of 20 influencing factors in the potential evaluation of marine medicinal biological resources was determined, and the evaluation system of the potential for sustainable utilization of marine medicinal biological resources was established. The strength of policy support in the evaluation index, the radiation capacity of the marine drug market, the diversity of the environment, the quantity of medical resources supplied and the weight of the R & D level of medicinal resources are among the top five. These five indexes are the main factors that affect the potential of exploitation and utilization of marine medicinal biological resources. Through empirical analysis, the potential for sustainable utilization of marine medicinal biological resources in 11 coastal provinces and cities of mainland China is ranked and classified. The results are as follows: level 1, Guangdong, Zhejiang, level 2, Hainan, Shandong, Fujian, Jiangsu, Guangxi, Shanghai; level 3 Tianjin, Liaoning, Hebei. Combined with the contribution of the main impact indexes, the countermeasures and suggestions were put forward from the national overall and provincial levels in order to improve the sustainable utilization potential of marine medicinal biological resources.
