【摘要】：目的:為臨床合理使用口服降糖藥(OHAs)提供參考。方法:采用回顧性分析方法,對(duì)我院2010-2013年臨床應(yīng)用的OHAs品種、銷售金額、用藥頻度(DDDs)、日均費(fèi)用(DDC)等進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)、分析。結(jié)果:我院2010-2013年OHAs的銷售金額總體呈下降趨勢(shì),銷售金額排序列前4位的是阿卡波糖、二甲雙胍、瑞格列奈和格列美脲,其4年銷售金額之和占OHAs總銷售金額的67.73%;DDDs排序列前4位的依次為二甲雙胍、阿卡波糖、格列齊特和瑞格列奈;格列齊特和二甲雙胍的DDC均較低。二肽基肽酶-4抑制劑近兩年開(kāi)始進(jìn)入臨床,且增長(zhǎng)快速。結(jié)論:我院OHAs的臨床應(yīng)用基本合理,高效、安全、依從性好的藥物更受臨床青睞。
[Abstract]:Objective: to provide reference for the rational use of oral hypoglycemic drug OHAs. Methods: retrospective analysis method was used to analyze the clinical application of OHAs in our hospital from 2010 to 2013, such as the variety of OHAs, the amount of money sold, the frequency of drug use and the daily average cost. Results: the sales amount of OHAs in our hospital from 2010 to 2013 showed a general downward trend. The top 4 items in the sales amount order were acarbose, metformin, repaglinide and glimepiride. The sum of the four years' sales amount accounted for 67.73% of the total sales amount of OHAs, and the DDC of Gliclazide and metformin were lower than those of metformin, acarbose, gliclazide and rieglinide in the order of the first 4 places in the order of the total sales amount of OHAs in the order of metformin, acarbose, gliclazide and rieglinide. Dipeptidyl peptidase-4 inhibitors began to enter clinical practice in the last two years and increased rapidly. Conclusion: the clinical application of OHAs in our hospital is reasonable, effective, safe and compliant.
