【摘要】：目的:了解止血藥的應用特點與趨勢。方法:對我院2015年住院患者應用止血藥的銷售金額、用藥頻度(DDDs)、日均費用(DDC)及金額排序/DDDs排序(A/B)值等進行回顧性分析。結果:我院蛇毒血凝酶銷售金額位居首位;DDDs排序列前3位的是酚磺乙胺、蛇毒血凝酶、維生素K1,抗纖溶藥中氨甲環(huán)酸DDDs位居首位,酚磺乙胺A/B值高而DDC值低。結論:我院住院患者應用止血藥以促凝血功能藥為主,尤其是血凝酶類藥物。醫(yī)院應加強外科圍手術期止血藥臨床合理使用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the application characteristics and trend of hemostatic drugs. Methods: the sales amount of hemostatic drugs, the frequency of drug use, the daily average cost (DDCs) and the value of A / B ratio of sum of money / DDDs were analyzed retrospectively. Results: the number of venom hemagglutinase in our hospital ranked first in the order of DDDs: phenolsulfonethylamine, snake venom hemagglutinase, vitamin K1, and DDDs, the value of phenolsulfonethylamine A / B was high and the DDC value was low. Conclusion: hemostatic drugs are mainly used in our hospital, especially hemagglutinin. Hospital should strengthen the rational use of surgical hemostatic drugs in perioperative period.
