小檗堿與克霉唑聯(lián)用對白念珠菌體外抗菌活性的研究

【摘要】:目的探討小檗堿(berberine,BBR)與克霉唑(clotrimazole,CLZ)聯(lián)合用藥時,對白念珠菌(Candida albicans,CA)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)菌株ATCC 10231的體外抑菌效果。方法采用瓊脂擴(kuò)散法(Kirby-Bauer disk diffusion method,KB法)測定BBR、CLZ單用時對CA-10231的最低抑菌濃度(minimum inhibitory concentrations,MIC);把不同濃度BBR與CLZ按棋盤法設(shè)計配制加藥溶液,采用KB法測定不同濃度BBR與CLZ聯(lián)用時對CA-10231的MIC;計算部份抑菌濃度指數(shù)(fractional inhibitory concentration index,FICI),判斷聯(lián)合抑菌效果,FICI≤0.5為協(xié)同作用,0.5FICI≤4為加成作用,FICI4為拮抗作用。結(jié)果 BBR和CLZ單用時對CA-10231的平均MIC分別為32000和32μg/m L;不同濃度BBR與CLZ聯(lián)用時對CA-10231的平均MIC分別為2000μg/m L(P0.01)、8μg/m L(P0.01),平均FICI為0.3125。結(jié)論 BBR、CLZ單用時都能抑制CA-10231生長;BBR與CLZ聯(lián)用時能夠以低劑量藥物協(xié)同抑制CA-10231生長。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the bacteriostatic effect of berberine (BBR) combined with clotrimazoleine (clotrimazoleine) on Candida albicans-CA-standard strain ATCC 10231 in vitro. Methods the minimum inhibitory concentration of CA-10231 was determined by Kirby-Bauer disk diffusion method KB method, and the concentration of different concentrations of BBR and CLZ was designed and prepared according to the chessboard method.
