【摘要】：目的:了解臨床藥師對臨床藥學工作及自身職業(yè)的認知,為進一步開展臨床藥學工作提供參考。方法:設計調(diào)查問卷,采用分類隨機抽樣法對上海市30家二、三級醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生機構的臨床藥師進行實地問卷調(diào)查,并對調(diào)查結果進行統(tǒng)計分析。結果:共發(fā)放問卷130份,回收有效問卷102份,有效回收率為78.46%。94.11%的被調(diào)查者對成為一名臨床藥師是愿意的,但同時17.65%的被調(diào)查者認為自己還不能完全勝任現(xiàn)在的工作;29.41%的被調(diào)查者認為目前臨床藥學工作開展得并不太順利;所有被調(diào)查者均認為醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生機構應該實施臨床藥師制;三級醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生機構的被調(diào)查者對臨床藥學工作及自身職業(yè)的認知和評價總體上要高于二級醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生機構(P0.05)。結論:上海市醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生機構的臨床藥師對自身職業(yè)的認知度高,臨床藥學工作已取得一定的成績,但仍有許多亟待改進的地方。為此,臨床藥師應不斷加強專業(yè)知識學習,提高專業(yè)技能和職業(yè)素質(zhì);醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生機構應加強臨床藥學工作開展,深入貫徹實施臨床藥師制;衛(wèi)生行政部門應加強臨床藥學相關法規(guī)制度建設;高等學校應加強臨床藥學學科建設和人才培養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the cognition of clinical pharmacists on clinical pharmacy work and their profession, and to provide reference for further development of clinical pharmacy work. Methods: the questionnaire was designed and the clinical pharmacists of 30 secondary and tertiary medical and health institutions in Shanghai were investigated by the method of classified random sampling, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results: a total of 130 questionnaires were sent out and 102 valid questionnaires were collected. The effective recovery rate was 78.46.94.11% of the respondents were willing to become a clinical pharmacist. But at the same time, 17.65% of the respondents thought that they were not fully qualified for the current work, 29.41% of the respondents thought that the current clinical pharmacy work was not very smooth, and all the respondents thought that the clinical pharmacist system should be implemented in the medical and health institutions. In general, the cognition and evaluation of clinical pharmacy work and their own occupation were higher in the third level medical and health institutions than in the second level medical and health institutions (P 0.05). Conclusion: the clinical pharmacists in Shanghai medical and health institutions have a high degree of recognition of their profession and have made some achievements in clinical pharmacy work, but there are still a lot of areas to be improved. Therefore, clinical pharmacists should constantly strengthen the study of professional knowledge, improve their professional skills and professional qualities, and the medical and health institutions should strengthen the development of clinical pharmacy work and carry out the system of clinical pharmacists in depth. The administrative departments of health should strengthen the construction of the laws and regulations related to clinical pharmacy, and the institutions of higher learning should strengthen the construction of clinical pharmacy and the cultivation of talents.
