【摘要】：目的:探討檸檬醛與兩性霉素B(AMB)聯(lián)用在體外對(duì)AMB耐藥煙曲霉的抗菌作用。方法:參照美國(guó)臨床和實(shí)驗(yàn)室標(biāo)準(zhǔn)協(xié)會(huì)(CLSI)的M38-A2方案,采用棋盤(pán)式微量液基稀釋法測(cè)定檸檬醛與AMB單用及聯(lián)用對(duì)7株臨床分離AMB耐藥煙曲霉的最低抑菌濃度(MIC),計(jì)算分級(jí)抑菌指數(shù)(FICI)并繪制等效曲線驗(yàn)證聯(lián)用效果。結(jié)果:檸檬醛在體外與AMB聯(lián)用,可使所有受試菌株的MIC由耐藥水平降低至≤1μg/m L的敏感范圍,FICI值為0.375~0.5,等效曲線均呈協(xié)同作用的凹形,MIC幾何均數(shù)(MICG)相對(duì)單用時(shí)降低(P0.05),濃度-累積抑菌百分率曲線明顯左移。結(jié)論:檸檬醛在體外與AMB聯(lián)合可產(chǎn)生協(xié)同抑菌作用,增加耐藥菌株對(duì)AMB的敏感性。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the antibacterial effect of citral combined with amphotericin (amphotericin) on AMB resistant aspergillus fumigatus in vitro. Methods: according to the M38-A2 protocol of the American Association of Clinical and Laboratory Standards (ACLSI), The minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of citral and AMB against 7 clinical isolates of AMB resistant Aspergillus fumigatus was determined by chessboard microdilution method. The fractionation inhibition index (FICI) was calculated and the equivalent curve was drawn to verify the combined effect. Results: citral was combined with AMB in vitro.
