【摘要】：基于手性輔劑誘導(dǎo)的手性胺類藥物的不對稱合成一直受到研究人員的廣泛關(guān)注,叔丁基亞磺酰胺是近年發(fā)展起來的一種新型手性輔劑,本文綜述其近幾年在手性胺類藥物合成中的應(yīng)用情況,這對于利用叔丁基亞磺酰胺輔助誘導(dǎo)合成手性胺類化合物具有重要意義,驗證了手性輔劑在手性藥物合成中的重要作用,為進(jìn)一步開發(fā)新型手性輔劑以及在不對稱合成中的應(yīng)用提供參考。
[Abstract]:The asymmetric synthesis of chiral amines induced by chiral adjuvants has been widely concerned by researchers. Tert-butylenesulfonamide is a new chiral adjuvant developed in recent years. In this paper, the application of chiral amines in the synthesis of chiral amines in recent years is reviewed, which is of great significance in inducing the synthesis of chiral amines by using tert-butylenesulfonamide, which verifies the important role of chiral adjuvants in the synthesis of chiral drugs. It provides a reference for the further development of new chiral adjuvant and its application in asymmetric synthesis.
