【摘要】：天然產(chǎn)物化學(xué)研究在藥物研發(fā)中起著非常重要的作用。微生物是新藥的主要來源之一,雷帕霉素就是一種從來自復(fù)活節(jié)島土壤微生物中得到的化合物,它的發(fā)現(xiàn)引領(lǐng)了一系列免疫與抗癌藥物的問世�？茖W(xué)家對(duì)雷帕霉素作用靶點(diǎn)的研究已取得了"諾貝爾獎(jiǎng)級(jí)別"的成果。對(duì)雷帕霉素的研發(fā)歷程進(jìn)行回顧,期望能夠?yàn)榻窈笙嚓P(guān)研究提供思路與啟示。
[Abstract]:Chemical research of natural products plays a very important role in drug research and development. Microbes are one of the main sources of new drugs, rapamycin, a compound derived from soil microbes in Easter Island, has led to the advent of a range of immune and anticancer drugs. Scientists have achieved Nobel Prize-level research on the targets of rapamycin. The research and development of rapamycin are reviewed.
