【摘要】：目的:了解妊娠婦女皮膚科外用藥常用知識(shí)掌握水平、用藥態(tài)度及行為,從而為孕期安全用藥宣教提供依據(jù)。方法:設(shè)計(jì)皮膚科外用藥知識(shí)-態(tài)度-行為調(diào)查問卷,并對(duì)成都市520名妊娠婦女進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果:共發(fā)放問卷520份,回收有效問卷514份,有效回收率為98.85%。受訪妊娠婦女對(duì)皮膚科外用藥的安全用藥知識(shí)有所欠缺,半數(shù)問題的答對(duì)率低于60.00%,如88.52%的受訪妊娠婦女認(rèn)為"孕期使用激素類軟膏一定不安全";用藥存在過度謹(jǐn)慎現(xiàn)象,如在病情需要使用外用藥時(shí)仍有14.59%的受訪妊娠婦女拒絕用藥,且20.04%的受訪妊娠婦女期望使用"絕對(duì)安全的藥";在希望獲得安全用藥知識(shí)的途徑方面仍較單一,選擇"咨詢醫(yī)師"這種傳統(tǒng)模式仍為主流,占78.21%。結(jié)論:建議妊娠婦女學(xué)校、產(chǎn)科門診及皮膚科門診對(duì)妊娠婦女加強(qiáng)皮膚科外用藥知識(shí)宣教和普及,以此來(lái)保證妊娠婦女外用藥安全。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the level of common knowledge, attitude and behavior of external medicine used in dermatology of pregnant women, so as to provide basis for propaganda and education on safe use of drugs during pregnancy. Methods: to design the questionnaire of knowledge-attitude-behavior of external medication in dermatology and investigate 520 pregnant women in Chengdu. Results: 520 questionnaires were sent out, 514 valid questionnaires were collected, and the effective recovery rate was 98.85%. There was a lack of knowledge about safe use of foreign drugs in dermatology, and half of the questions answered correctly less than 60.00.For example, 88.52% of the pregnant women thought that "it is not safe to use hormone ointment during pregnancy", and there was a phenomenon of excessive caution in the use of drugs. For example, 14.59% of the pregnant women interviewed still refused to use drugs when their condition required external medication, and 20.04% of the pregnant women expected to use "absolutely safe drugs", and the access to knowledge of safe use of drugs was still relatively simple. The traditional model of "consulting doctor" is still mainstream, accounting for 78.21. Conclusion: it is suggested that pregnant women's schools, obstetrics outpatients and dermatologists should strengthen the education and popularization of external medicine knowledge in order to ensure the safety of foreign medicine for pregnant women.
