【摘要】：目的分析研討處方點評制度對我院門診處方質(zhì)量提升的有效性。方法將處方點評制度應(yīng)用到我院2015年1-12月期間門診處方質(zhì)量干預(yù)中,此階段劃分為研究組,并將此階段中門診處方中不合格發(fā)生狀況,和2014年1-12月期間未實施處方點評制度(對照組)的門診處方不合格狀況,進行對比分析,并總結(jié)。結(jié)果研究組不合格處方發(fā)生率1.73%比對照組14.70%明顯要低,組間數(shù)據(jù)有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);其原因為不規(guī)范書寫、藥物使用不合理、超常處方三個方面。結(jié)論在醫(yī)院門診處方管理中實施處方點評制度,可明顯提升處方質(zhì)量,降低處方不合格發(fā)生可能性,對處方規(guī)范性書寫和合理用藥上有明顯的促進作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the effectiveness of prescription evaluation system in improving the quality of outpatient prescriptions in our hospital. Methods the prescription evaluation system was applied to the quality intervention of outpatient prescriptions in our hospital from January to December 2015. This stage was divided into study groups, and the occurrence of nonconformities in outpatient prescriptions in this stage was analyzed. The nonconformities of outpatient prescriptions were compared with those without prescription evaluation system (control group) between January and December 2014. Results the incidence of unqualified prescriptions in the study group was 1.73% significantly lower than that in the control group (14.70%). Conclusion the implementation of prescription evaluation system in hospital out-patient prescription management can obviously improve the quality of prescription, reduce the possibility of unqualified prescription, and play a significant role in promoting prescription normative writing and rational drug use.
