【摘要】：目的:本文旨在對(duì)已建立的Markov模型進(jìn)行解析,為中國胃癌治療方案的藥物經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)研究奠定基礎(chǔ)。方法:深入分析Markov模型建立的理由和方法。結(jié)果:胃癌治療后的自然轉(zhuǎn)歸符合Markov基本原理,可劃分為三種互不相容的生存狀態(tài),合理假設(shè)可簡(jiǎn)化Markov模型,轉(zhuǎn)移概率是Markov模型是否正確的關(guān)鍵。結(jié)論:對(duì)中國胃癌患者兩種治療方案進(jìn)行藥物經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)評(píng)價(jià),可采用劃分3種互不相容健康狀態(tài),使用TreeAge軟件創(chuàng)建Markov模型,利用公開發(fā)表的大型Ⅲ期臨床試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,結(jié)合WHO生命表數(shù)據(jù)確定轉(zhuǎn)移概率,以此創(chuàng)建切實(shí)可行的Markov模型。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the established Markov model in order to lay a foundation for the pharmacoeconomic study of gastric cancer treatment in China. Methods: the reasons and methods for establishing Markov model were analyzed. Results: the natural outcome of gastric cancer after treatment was consistent with the basic principle of Markov and could be divided into three incompatible living states. The reasonable assumption could simplify the Markov model, and the transfer probability was the key to the correctness of Markov model. Conclusion: according to the pharmacoeconomic evaluation of two treatment schemes for gastric cancer patients in China, we can use TreeAge software to create Markov model and make use of the published results of large stage 鈪，
