【摘要】：目的研究鮮駱駝乳對小鼠吸煙所致的呼吸系統(tǒng)損傷的影響。方法 84只KM種SPF小鼠隨機分為鮮駱駝乳低、中、高劑量組(5、10、20 ml/kg·bw),鮮牛奶組(20 ml/kg·bw),對照組和模型組(蒸餾水,20 ml/kg·bw),灌胃2次/d;除對照組外,所有動物每天按設定劑量和時間熏煙處理。60 d后,動物禁食24 h收集小鼠血清和肺泡灌洗液,測定ALP、LDH、TNF-α含量,比較小鼠臟器指數(shù),肺組織伊紅-蘇木素(HE)染色后進行病理組織學檢查。結果 (1)與模型組比較,鮮駱駝乳各劑量組的ALP、LDH含量降低;鮮駱駝乳高劑量組TNF-a含量降低,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);(2)鮮駱駝乳高、中劑量組的體重變化及脾臟指數(shù)變化與模型組比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);(3)鮮駱駝乳中、高劑量組的肺病理損傷也有一定的改善。結論鮮駱駝乳對小鼠吸煙致呼吸系統(tǒng)損傷具有一定的保護作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effects of fresh camel milk on respiratory injury induced by smoking in mice. Methods Eighty-four km SPF mice were randomly divided into three groups: low milk of camel, high dose group, fresh milk group with 20 ml/kg BWN, control group and model group (distilled water 20 ml/kg BWN, twice / d), except the control group. After fumigation for 60 days, serum and alveolar lavage fluid of mice were collected after fasting for 24 hours, the contents of ALP LDHN TNF- 偽 were measured, and the viscera index of mice was compared. Lung tissues were stained with eosin-hematoxylin (HE) and histopathological examination was performed. Results 1) compared with the model group, the content of TNF-a in the fresh camel milk group was lower than that in the model group, and the TNF-a content in the high dose group was significantly lower than that in the model group. Compared with the model group, the changes of body weight and spleen index in the middle dose group were significantly different from those in the model group. Conclusion fresh camel milk has protective effect on respiratory system injury induced by smoking in mice.
