【摘要】：藥物臨床試驗機構(gòu)各類文件資料紛繁復(fù)雜,包括機構(gòu)管理文件、臨床試驗項目文件等,是藥物臨床試驗全過程的真實記錄和體現(xiàn),也是藥品監(jiān)督管理部門對機構(gòu)及專業(yè)組進行認證檢查的重要內(nèi)容。本文從藥物臨床試驗機構(gòu)復(fù)核檢查實踐出發(fā),明確了機構(gòu)各類文件是復(fù)核檢查的主要內(nèi)容,指出了機構(gòu)文件管理存在的問題、機構(gòu)文件管理的軟硬件建設(shè)要求,并對如何以復(fù)核檢查標準為指導(dǎo)進行機構(gòu)文件日常管理進行探討,以期對其他藥物臨床試驗機構(gòu)復(fù)核檢查及日常文件管理帶來新的啟示。
[Abstract]:All kinds of documents and materials of drug clinical trial organization are complicated, including organization management document, clinical trial project file and so on, which is the true record and embodiment of the whole process of drug clinical trial. It is also an important content of certification and inspection for agencies and professional groups. Based on the review practice of drug clinical trial organization, this paper clarifies that all kinds of institutional documents are the main contents of the review inspection, points out the problems existing in the management of institutional documents, and points out the requirements of software and hardware construction for institutional document management. This paper also discusses how to carry out the daily management of institutional documents under the guidance of the standard of review, in order to bring new enlightenment to the review and daily document management of other drug clinical trial institutions.
