【摘要】：目的評價國產(chǎn)頭孢雷特體外抗菌活性。方法用瓊脂二倍稀釋法,測定國產(chǎn)頭孢雷特對617株臨床分離致病菌的最低抑菌濃度(MIC)。結(jié)果國產(chǎn)頭孢雷特對臨床分離甲氧西林敏感性金黃色葡萄球菌、β溶血性鏈球菌、超廣譜β內(nèi)酰胺酶陰性(ESBLs-)大腸埃希菌、ESBL-肺炎克雷伯菌、變形桿菌屬、傷寒沙門菌、流感嗜血桿菌、卡他莫拉菌有較強抗菌作用,MIC90值在0.25~8 mg·L-1。結(jié)論國產(chǎn)頭孢雷特體外抗菌活性,抗菌譜與頭孢呋辛、頭孢孟多酯、頭孢替安相似,對大多數(shù)革蘭氏陰性菌的抗菌效力較強;其耐藥率與對照相當(dāng)。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the antibacterial activity of domestic cefrett in vitro. Methods the minimum inhibitory concentration of ceforette against 617 strains of clinical pathogenic bacteria was determined by Agar dilution method. Results ceforette was resistant to clinical isolation of methicillin-sensitive Staphylococcus aureus, 尾 hemolytic streptococcus, extended-spectrum 尾 -lactamase negative Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Proteus, Salmonella typhimurium. The MIC90 value of Haemophilus influenzae and Mora carinii was 0.25 mg / L ~ (-1) and 0.25 mg / L ~ (-1) respectively. Conclusion the antibacterial activity of domestic ceflatte in vitro is similar to that of cefuroxime, cefotriol and ceftidine, and the antimicrobial activity against most gram-negative bacteria is stronger, and the drug resistance rate is similar to that of the control.
