【摘要】：正默克公司宣布用于骨髓移植預(yù)防巨細(xì)胞病毒()感染的期臨床試驗(yàn)達(dá)到主終點(diǎn)。在骨髓移植后24周,試驗(yàn)未檢出巨細(xì)胞病毒。關(guān)鍵的Ⅲ期臨床試驗(yàn)入選18歲、血漿中未能檢出巨細(xì)胞病毒DNA者,按2∶1隨機(jī)分到letermovir 480 mg/d組或安慰劑組,每日1次,直到骨髓移植后100 d。14~24周,每周1次確定主終點(diǎn),即出現(xiàn)巨細(xì)胞病毒感染。主終點(diǎn)顯示,495名給藥受試者中l(wèi)etermovir組巨細(xì)胞病毒感染
[Abstract]:Chomolk announced a primary end point in phase-trials for bone marrow transplants to prevent cytomegalovirus (cytomegalovirus) infection. Cytomegalovirus was not detected 24 weeks after bone marrow transplantation. Patients who were enrolled in a critical phase III clinical trial at the age of 18 and whose plasma did not detect cytomegalovirus DNA were randomly assigned to the letermovir 480 mg/d group or the placebo group at 2:1, once a day until 24 weeks after bone marrow transplantation, and determined the main endpoints once a week. The presence of cytomegalovirus infection. The main endpoint showed cytomegalovirus infection in letermovir group in 495 drug administration subjects.
