【摘要】：目的:為促進我國生物醫(yī)藥領(lǐng)域研發(fā)合作提出建議。方法:從專利數(shù)據(jù)庫中檢索2000-2015年生物醫(yī)藥領(lǐng)域全部合作發(fā)明專利的信息,收集年份、專利名稱、申請?zhí)�、申請人、專利地址等信�?并進行描述性統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果:生物醫(yī)藥領(lǐng)域合作發(fā)明專利數(shù)量呈逐年上升趨勢,2015年的合作發(fā)明專利數(shù)量大約是2000年的9倍;合作發(fā)明專利主要來自北京、上海、廣東,占49.1%;數(shù)量排名前15位的申請人共擁有983件合作發(fā)明專利,占全部合作專利數(shù)的8.9%,其中7位為企業(yè)申請人;在2014年國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值排名前10位的城市所申請的合作發(fā)明專利中,企業(yè)、科研機構(gòu)(包括醫(yī)院)和高校之間共同申請的發(fā)明專利占全部專利數(shù)的56.2%。結(jié)論:我國生物醫(yī)藥研發(fā)合作主要集中于少數(shù)發(fā)達省份和城市,合作發(fā)明專利的集中度不高;研發(fā)合作主要以企業(yè)為主導(dǎo),醫(yī)院參與度較低。政府應(yīng)建立全國性的生物醫(yī)藥信息分享平臺,加強大型醫(yī)藥企業(yè)研發(fā)合作的意識,鼓勵醫(yī)院積極參與生物醫(yī)藥研發(fā)合作活動。
[Abstract]:Objective: to put forward some suggestions for promoting the cooperation of research and development in the field of biomedicine in China. Methods: the information of all cooperative invention patents in biomedical field from 2000 to 2015 was retrieved from patent database, and the year, patent name, application number, applicant and patent address were collected and analyzed by descriptive statistics. Results: the number of cooperative invention patents in the field of biomedicine is increasing year by year, and the number of cooperative invention patents in 2015 is about nine times that of 2000, and the number of cooperative invention patents mainly comes from Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong, The top 15 applicants hold 983 cooperative invention patents, accounting for 8.9 percent of the total number of cooperative patents, of which 7 are enterprise applicants. In 2014, among the top 10 cities with GDP, they applied for cooperative invention patents. Enterprises, research institutions (including hospitals) and colleges and universities jointly apply for 56.2% of the total number of patents. Conclusion: the research and development cooperation of biomedicine in our country is mainly concentrated in a few developed provinces and cities, the concentration of cooperative invention patent is not high, the R & D cooperation is mainly dominated by enterprises, and the participation of hospitals is low. The government should establish a nationwide biomedical information sharing platform, strengthen the awareness of R & D cooperation among large pharmaceutical enterprises, and encourage hospitals to actively participate in biomedical R & D cooperation activities.
