【摘要】：添加透皮吸收促進劑(penetration enhancers,PE)是目前在經(jīng)皮給藥制劑中提高生物利用度最常用的方法。筆者綜述了近年來用于PE的透皮促滲能力、促滲機制和皮膚安全性評價的新技術,并提出促滲能力評價高通量化,促滲機制研究微觀分子化和皮膚安全性表征數(shù)量化是PE研究的發(fā)展趨勢。新技術的出現(xiàn)將為未來PE的篩選和研究提供更加快速、全面、可信度更高的技術支持。
[Abstract]:The most commonly used method to improve the bioavailability of transdermal drug delivery is to add penetration enhancer (PEP). In this paper, the authors reviewed the new techniques for evaluating the transdermal permeability, mechanism and skin safety of PE in recent years, and put forward the high throughput evaluation of the ability to promote permeability. The development trend of PE is to study micromolecular mechanism and quantification of skin safety characterization. The emergence of new technology will provide more rapid, comprehensive and reliable technical support for future PE screening and research.
