【摘要】：正(www.colorcon.com.cn)阿片類鎮(zhèn)痛藥是一類常見的鎮(zhèn)痛藥,如羥考酮、美沙酮、氫可酮、羥嗎啡酮等。近年來,隨著阿片類藥品種類和處方的增多,這類藥物在非醫(yī)療用途上的應(yīng)用也越來越多[1]。阿片類鎮(zhèn)痛藥可以多種方式濫用,如可以粉碎后吞服或經(jīng)鼻吸入、粉碎后抽吸或溶解后注射等。在美國,12歲的青少年中,有80%濫用他人的處方藥。過量使用阿片類藥物造成的死亡率已經(jīng)超過了交通事故死亡率。根據(jù)美國疾病控制和預防中心(Centers for Disease Control and Prevention)的數(shù)據(jù),2012年全美共有22 114例藥物濫用所導致的死亡,其
[Abstract]:Opioids (www.colorcon.com.cn) are common analgesics, such as hydroxycodone, methadone, hydrocorone, hydroxymorphine and so on. In recent years, with the increase of opioid types and prescriptions, the use of these drugs in non-medical uses is also increasing [1]. Opioid analgesics can be abused in a variety of ways, such as crushing, swallowing, inhaling through nose, sucking after crushing or injection after dissolution, etc. Eighty percent of 12-year-olds in the United States abuse prescription drugs. Overuse of opioids has caused more deaths than traffic accidents. According to the Centers for for Disease Control and Prevention, a total of 22,114 deaths from drug abuse were reported in 2012 in the United States.
