【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)新藥安全性有效性評價(jià)通常假定安全性有效性獨(dú)立,實(shí)際上,安全性有效性指標(biāo)經(jīng)常存在一定的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系。因此,本文建立了新藥安全性有效性指標(biāo)高斯Copula聯(lián)合評價(jià)模型,有效解了決安全性有效性指標(biāo)相關(guān)問題,并進(jìn)一步討論了最優(yōu)劑量選擇標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。模擬結(jié)果表明,所建立模型和劑量選擇標(biāo)準(zhǔn)一致優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)方法。
[Abstract]:The traditional new drug safety effectiveness evaluation usually assumes that the safety effectiveness is independent, in fact, the safety effectiveness index often has certain internal relations. Therefore, in this paper, a new drug safety and effectiveness index Gao Si Copula joint evaluation model is established, which effectively solves the problems related to the safety and effectiveness index, and further discusses the optimal dose selection criteria. The simulation results show that the established model and the dose selection criteria are superior to the traditional method.
