【摘要】：緩控釋藥物在心血管疾病的治療中起效平穩(wěn)、釋藥時(shí)間長(zhǎng),具有良好的開發(fā)應(yīng)用前景。本文對(duì)近年來(lái)國(guó)內(nèi)外心血管疾病的口服緩控釋制劑的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行綜述,概述了滲透泵型、骨架型、脈沖型、包衣型、微丸、膠囊及微囊制劑的研究進(jìn)展,為研發(fā)防治心血管疾病的緩控釋藥物提供參考,對(duì)更好地滿足患者的用藥需求具有積極意義。同時(shí)也對(duì)心血管緩控釋制劑的發(fā)展進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:Slow and controlled release drugs have a good prospect of development and application because of their stable effect and long release time in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases. In this paper, the research status of oral controlled release preparations for cardiovascular diseases at home and abroad was reviewed, and the research progress of osmotic pump type, skeleton type, pulse type, coating type, pellet, capsule and microcapsule preparation were summarized. To provide a reference for the research and development of controlled release drugs for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease, to better meet the needs of patients with drug use has a positive significance. At the same time, the development of cardiovascular controlled release preparations is also prospected.
