【摘要】：正編者按2015年版《中華人民共和國(guó)藥典》(以下簡(jiǎn)稱2015年版《中國(guó)藥典》),即新中國(guó)成立以來的第10版藥典,歷時(shí)近5年的編制,將于2015年12月1日正式實(shí)施。2015年版《中國(guó)藥典》緊密結(jié)合當(dāng)前我國(guó)醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展水平和藥品監(jiān)督管理、醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生體制改革的重大需求,積極探索和改革藥品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)形成和淘汰機(jī)制,強(qiáng)化科技創(chuàng)新成果在藥典標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中的應(yīng)用,支持并保護(hù)先進(jìn)生產(chǎn)工藝,促進(jìn)醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級(jí)。同時(shí)汲取國(guó)內(nèi)外先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),保護(hù)環(huán)境、節(jié)約資源,不斷優(yōu)化、完善和提高國(guó)家藥品標(biāo)準(zhǔn),建立健全嚴(yán)格的、以《中國(guó)藥典》為核心的國(guó)家藥品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系。大幅提升我國(guó)藥品質(zhì)量控制水平和《中國(guó)藥典》的國(guó)際地位,在保障公眾用藥安全、支撐藥品科學(xué)監(jiān)管、滿足臨床用藥
[Abstract]:The 2015 edition of the Pharmacopoeia of the people's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the 2015 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia), the 10th edition of the Pharmacopoeia since the founding of New China, took nearly five years to compile. It will be officially implemented on December 1, 2015. The 2015 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia closely integrates the current level of development of the pharmaceutical industry, the level of drug supervision and administration, and the major needs of the reform of the medical and health system. We should actively explore and reform the mechanism for the formation and elimination of pharmaceutical standards, strengthen the application of scientific and technological innovations in pharmacopoeia standards, support and protect advanced production processes, and promote the optimization and upgrading of pharmaceutical industry structure. At the same time, we should draw on the advanced experience at home and abroad, protect the environment, save resources, optimize, perfect and improve the national drug standard, and establish and perfect the national drug standard system with the core of "Chinese Pharmacopoeia" as the core. To improve the quality control level of Chinese drugs and the international status of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, to ensure the safety of drug use among the public, to support the scientific supervision of drugs, and to meet the needs of clinical drug use.
