【摘要】：隨著國(guó)內(nèi)臨床試驗(yàn)電子化數(shù)據(jù)采集(EDC)應(yīng)用的不斷增多,既往傳統(tǒng)的紙質(zhì)數(shù)據(jù)管理模式逐漸向電子化數(shù)據(jù)管理模式轉(zhuǎn)變。本文通過(guò)對(duì)14個(gè)Ⅲ期臨床試驗(yàn)(紙質(zhì)數(shù)據(jù)管理8個(gè)和EDC數(shù)據(jù)管理6個(gè))定性和定量方面的比較研究,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),與傳統(tǒng)紙質(zhì)數(shù)據(jù)管理相比,電子化數(shù)據(jù)管理在數(shù)據(jù)采集流程、數(shù)據(jù)管理效率、研究數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量及臨床試驗(yàn)決策等方面存在諸多優(yōu)勢(shì)。此外,EDC的成功實(shí)施需要相配套的數(shù)據(jù)管理流程和資源重新配置。
[Abstract]:With the increasing application of electronic data acquisition (EDC) in clinical trials in China, the traditional traditional paper data management model has gradually changed into the electronic data management model. This paper compares the qualitative and quantitative aspects of 14 stage III clinical trials (8 paper data management and 6 EDC data management). Compared with paper data management, electronic data management has many advantages in data collection process, data management efficiency, data quality and clinical trial decision. In addition, the successful implementation of EDC needs the matching data management process and resource reconfiguration.
