【摘要】：口服結(jié)腸定位釋藥系統(tǒng)由于具有提高局部給藥濃度、降低用藥劑量、減少不良反應(yīng)等優(yōu)點(diǎn)而備受關(guān)注。結(jié)腸定位釋藥系統(tǒng)主要分為酶降解型、p H依賴型、時(shí)間依賴型、壓力控制型以及釋藥機(jī)制聯(lián)合應(yīng)用型等,許多新輔料和新技術(shù)的發(fā)展對(duì)于制備新型精確的結(jié)腸定位制劑至關(guān)重要。本文綜述了近年來口服結(jié)腸定位釋藥系統(tǒng)中輔料和技術(shù)的最新研究進(jìn)展,為從事相關(guān)研究的科研工作者提供參考與依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Oral colon-specific drug delivery system has attracted much attention because of its advantages of increasing local drug concentration, reducing dosage and reducing adverse reactions. The colonic drug delivery system was mainly classified into enzymatic degradation type, time dependent type, pressure control type and drug release mechanism combined application type, etc. The development of many new excipients and new technologies is very important for the preparation of new and accurate colonic localization agents. In this paper, the latest research progress of excipients and techniques in oral colonic drug delivery system in recent years is reviewed, which provides reference and basis for researchers engaged in related research.
