【摘要】：目的:為其他醫(yī)院引進(jìn)門診藥房快速發(fā)藥系統(tǒng)設(shè)備提供參考。方法:分析我院在使用門診藥房快速發(fā)藥系統(tǒng)過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題,提出解決問題的措施及相關(guān)購置建議。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:快速發(fā)藥系統(tǒng)能提高處方調(diào)配速度和準(zhǔn)確率,但在使用中發(fā)現(xiàn)有盤庫不準(zhǔn)、添藥操作不當(dāng)、出藥錯(cuò)誤、設(shè)備故障、暫時(shí)無法實(shí)現(xiàn)效期管理等問題,可通過及時(shí)更新藥品包裝信息、添藥人員相對(duì)固定、專人負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)備的日常維護(hù)等措施加以避免。改進(jìn)后設(shè)備內(nèi)賬物相符率提高了10%,藥品填充率提高了8%。購置該類設(shè)備需綜合考慮各種現(xiàn)狀,包括藥房布局、能采用快速發(fā)藥系統(tǒng)處理的藥品占藥房全部藥品的比例及是否建立了完善的應(yīng)急措施等。
[Abstract]:Objective: to provide reference for the introduction of fast dispensing system in outpatient pharmacy in other hospitals. Methods: the problems found in the rapid dispensing system of outpatient pharmacy in our hospital were analyzed, and the measures to solve the problems and the relevant purchase suggestions were put forward. Results & conclusion: the rapid drug dispensing system can improve the speed and accuracy of prescription dispensing, but it is found that there are some problems in use, such as inaccurate disk library, improper dosing operation, wrong drug delivery, malfunction of equipment, temporary failure of effective period management, etc. It can be avoided by updating the information of drug packaging, adding the relative fixed drug personnel and taking charge of the daily maintenance of the equipment. After the improvement, the matching rate of the equipment was increased by 10%, and the filling rate of drugs increased by 8%. The purchase of this kind of equipment should consider all kinds of present situation, including pharmacy layout, the proportion of drugs that can be handled by rapid dispensing system and whether or not perfect emergency measures have been established.
