【摘要】：目的:分析北京、上海、成都三城市42家醫(yī)院抗腫瘤藥臨床應用情況及趨勢,為臨床合理用藥提供參考。方法:對北京、上海和成都三城市42家醫(yī)院2012-2016年抗腫瘤藥銷售金額、用藥頻度(DDDs)等進行統(tǒng)計分析。結果:三城市抗腫瘤藥總銷售金額呈逐年上升趨勢,北京銷售金額在三城市中居首位,上海年均增長率最高。三城市5年抗腫瘤藥銷售金額排名中,免疫抑制劑他克莫司、嗎替麥考酚酯均進入了各城市銷售金額排名前10位。北京、上海和成都銷售金額排名首位的藥品分別為胸腺五肽、他克莫司和胸腺法新。抗腫瘤藥各亞類中,北京、成都2012-2014年其他抗腫瘤藥及輔助治療藥的銷售金額均居首位,2015-2016年抗代謝藥的銷售金額居首位,且北京高于成都;上海2012-2016年均以抗代謝藥銷售金額居首位。三城市2012-2014年各抗腫瘤藥亞類銷售金額最高的是其他抗腫瘤及輔助治療藥,2015-2016年是抗代謝藥。相關治療藥物中,免疫增強劑、免疫抑制劑和鎮(zhèn)痛藥的銷售金額均排名靠前;DDDs前10名中,激素類抗腫瘤藥最多,烷化劑僅環(huán)磷酰胺進入排名。結論:三城市抗腫瘤藥銷售金額增長趨勢平穩(wěn);抗代謝藥、激素類和植物來源的抗腫瘤藥使用越來越多;分子靶向治療藥物有良好的應用前景。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the clinical application and trend of antitumor drugs in 42 hospitals in Beijing, Shanghai and Chengdu. Methods: 42 hospitals in Beijing, Shanghai and Chengdu from 2012 to 2016 were statistically analyzed. Results: the total sales amount of antineoplastic drugs in the three cities was increasing year by year. Beijing ranked first in the three cities, and Shanghai had the highest average annual growth rate. In the five-year sales of antineoplastic drugs in the three cities, the immunosuppressant tacrolimus and metocophenolate ester were among the top 10 in each city. Beijing, Shanghai and Chengdu topped the list of drugs with thymosin, tacrolimus and thymoxacin, respectively. Among the subgroups of antitumor drugs, the sales amount of other antitumor drugs and adjuvant treatment drugs in Beijing and Chengdu in 2012-2014 was the first. In 2015-2016, the sales amount of anti-metabolites was the first, and Beijing was higher than Chengdu. Shanghai 2012-2016 annual sales of anti-metabolic drugs in the first place. Other antitumor and adjuvant drugs in 2015-2016 were among the three cities with the highest sales of each subclass of antitumor drugs in 2012-2014. Among the related drugs, the sales amount of immunoenhancer, immunosuppressant and analgesics were among the top 10 in DDDs, the hormone antitumor drugs were the most, and only cyclophosphamide was the only alkylating agent. Conclusion: the trend of sales of antitumor drugs in three cities is stable, the use of anti-metabolites, hormones and phytogenic antitumor drugs is increasing, and the molecular targeted therapy has a good application prospect.
