【摘要】：目的:確保醫(yī)院冷鏈藥品儲存設(shè)備可靠,保證在院冷藏藥品的質(zhì)量。方法:介紹我院藥品冷鏈監(jiān)控平臺的建立、應(yīng)用效果和相關(guān)的改進(jìn)及完善措施。結(jié)果:通過配備相關(guān)的設(shè)備、架構(gòu)平臺網(wǎng)絡(luò)、確定監(jiān)測點(diǎn)、設(shè)置系統(tǒng)中的預(yù)警條件等,建立了我院藥品的冷鏈監(jiān)控平臺,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對醫(yī)院不同區(qū)域、不同冷鏈設(shè)備溫濕度的全天候?qū)崟r(shí)監(jiān)控,可實(shí)時(shí)了解設(shè)備的運(yùn)行狀況、提供完整的在院藥品冷藏溫度記錄,借助預(yù)警短信及時(shí)處理設(shè)備故障問題;通過預(yù)警短信原因分析及時(shí)更換了不合格設(shè)備,并進(jìn)一步完善了冷鏈監(jiān)控平臺的使用制度與流程。在平臺應(yīng)用的2年內(nèi),53臺普通冰箱更換為藥品專用冰箱;月度預(yù)警短信數(shù)和冷藏設(shè)備預(yù)警率分別由2014年9月短信預(yù)警功能開啟初期的6 869條、100%下降至2016年2月的1 083條、40%。結(jié)論:醫(yī)院藥品冷鏈監(jiān)控平臺的建立,保障了冷藏藥品儲存環(huán)境的可靠性,從而確保了在院冷藏藥品的質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective: to ensure that the hospital drug storage cold chain equipment is reliable, ensure the quality of cold medicines in the hospital. Methods: to introduce the establishment of cold chain drug monitoring platform of our hospital, the application effect and the related improvement measures. Results: equipped with related equipment, network platform, determine the monitoring points set in early warning system conditions, established the cold chain monitoring platform of drugs in our hospital, the hospital in different areas, all-weather real-time monitoring of temperature and humidity in different cold chain equipment, can understand the real-time running status of equipment, provide complete in drug storage temperature records, with warning messages timely processing equipment failure problems; through the analysis of early warning messages because of the timely replacement of substandard equipment, and further improve the system and process of the cold chain monitoring platform. The platform application within 2 years, replacing 53 ordinary refrigerator for drug refrigerator monthly; The number of warning messages and refrigerating equipment warning rate from September 2014 6869 early warning function to open the message, 1083, fell to 100% in February 2016 40%. conclusion: the establishment of monitoring platform of medicine cold chain hospital, guarantee the cold medicines storage environment reliability, so as to ensure the quality of cold medicines in the hospital.
