【摘要】：由于腎毒性物質(zhì)的靶器官選擇性,藥物誘導的腎毒性是目前新藥開發(fā)和臨床應(yīng)用中存在的重要問題,高通量腎毒性體外評價模型可以提高大量化合物的篩選效率,節(jié)約時間和成本,已經(jīng)逐漸成為腎毒性研究的主要研究方法。雖然腎毒性體外評價模型的研究熱度不斷升溫,但由于腎毒性的特異性,仍未能建立標準的體外評價模型。目前,腎毒性體外評價的研究主要基于傳統(tǒng)的2D細胞模型,3D細胞模型尚在初級階段。本文對近年來高通量腎毒性體外評價模型的研究進展做一綜述。
[Abstract]:Because of the target organ selectivity of nephrotoxic substances, drug induced nephrotoxicity is an important problem in the development and clinical application of new drugs. The in vitro evaluation model of high throughput nephrotoxicity can improve the screening efficiency of a large number of compounds.Saving time and cost has gradually become the main research method of nephrotoxicity research.Although the research heat of nephrotoxicity in vitro evaluation model is increasing, due to the specificity of nephrotoxicity, it is still unable to establish a standard in vitro evaluation model.At present, the in vitro evaluation of nephrotoxicity is mainly based on 2D cell model and 3D cell model.In this paper, the research progress of in vitro evaluation model of high-throughput nephrotoxicity in vitro was reviewed.
