【摘要】：在分析了我國(guó)第二類疫苗管理采購(gòu)現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合疫苗保質(zhì)期短、儲(chǔ)存條件嚴(yán)格,大量?jī)?chǔ)存易造成資金積壓和浪費(fèi)且生產(chǎn)周期普遍較長(zhǎng)的特性,提出了一個(gè)由多省組成的應(yīng)對(duì)局部疫情爆發(fā)的省際間應(yīng)急備用調(diào)配方案。該方案能切實(shí)解決局部疫苗爆發(fā)時(shí)部分地區(qū)疫苗短缺而其他地區(qū)疫苗有剩余的疫苗調(diào)配的問(wèn)題并取得較好的經(jīng)濟(jì)和管理效益。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the current situation of the second type vaccine management and procurement in China, combined with the characteristics of short shelf life, strict storage conditions, large amount of storage easily lead to fund backlog and waste, and the production cycle is generally longer.In this paper, an inter-provincial emergency standby scheme is proposed to deal with the local outbreak, which is composed of several provinces.This scheme can effectively solve the problem of vaccine shortage in some areas and surplus vaccine allocation in other areas during the local vaccine outbreak, and obtain better economic and management benefits.
