【摘要】：目的分析藥物干預(yù)在抗生藥物應(yīng)用中的效果。方法選取2014年7月~2015年7月未經(jīng)任何藥物干預(yù)的300張抗生素處方作為對照組,選取2015年8月~2016年8月經(jīng)過藥物干預(yù)的300張抗生素處方作為研究組,分析對比抗生藥物應(yīng)用效果。結(jié)果結(jié)果對比分析后可得知,對照組中用藥合格率為81.7%;研究組用藥合格率為95%。組間數(shù)據(jù)對比發(fā)現(xiàn),研究組的用藥合格率顯著高于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。討論在抗生藥物應(yīng)用過程中給予藥物干預(yù),有利于提高抗生藥物使用的合理性,促進(jìn)患者康復(fù),保證醫(yī)療質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the effect of drug intervention in the application of anti-biotic drugs.Methods from July 2014 to July 2015, 300 antibiotic prescriptions without any drug intervention were selected as control group, and 300 antibiotic prescriptions from August 2015 to August 2016 were selected as the study group.Results the results showed that the qualified rate was 81.7 in the control group and 95 in the study group.The results showed that the qualified rate of drug use in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05).It is discussed that drug intervention in the course of application of antibiotics can improve the rationality of the use of antibiotics, promote the rehabilitation of patients and ensure the quality of medical treatment.
