【摘要】：抗生素從20世紀早期被發(fā)現(xiàn)以來,就被當作抗菌感染的特效藥物,開始廣泛應(yīng)用于臨床。在之后70多年里,人類研制、開發(fā)抗生素的腳步從未停歇。目前應(yīng)用于臨床的抗生素已不下200種。然而由于抗生素的大量廣泛使用,帶來了諸多問題。人類分析其出現(xiàn)的問題,在提出合理使用抗生素對策的同時,開始關(guān)注抗生素研發(fā)的一些新思路。總結(jié)新思路,可以看出其與中國古代哲學及中醫(yī)學思想的一致性。由此,學習其思想理論可能對研發(fā)新的抗生素提供一些幫助。
[Abstract]:Antibiotics have been widely used in clinic since their discovery in the early 20 th century.Over the next 70 years, humans have never stopped developing antibiotics.At present, there are no less than 200 kinds of antibiotics used in clinic.However, due to the widespread use of antibiotics, there are many problems.After analyzing the problems, we put forward the countermeasures of rational use of antibiotics, and began to pay attention to some new ideas of antibiotic research and development.Summing up the new ideas, we can see its consistency with ancient Chinese philosophy and Chinese medicine.Therefore, learning its theory of thought may provide some help in the development of new antibiotics.
