【摘要】：治療藥物監(jiān)測(cè)(TDM)指的是在轉(zhuǎn)向藥學(xué)技術(shù)服務(wù),保障患者使用藥物安全的前提之下逐漸發(fā)展起來(lái)。在臨床當(dāng)中,因?yàn)槿梭w差異以及其他相關(guān)因素,患者通過(guò)相同途徑采取相同劑量藥物以后,臨床治療反應(yīng)卻是存在較大差異。治療藥物監(jiān)測(cè)就是利用定量分析生物樣本當(dāng)中的藥物以及代謝產(chǎn)物濃度,正確指導(dǎo)臨床使用藥物,進(jìn)而保證使用藥物具有安全有效性。群體藥動(dòng)學(xué)方法是將藥動(dòng)學(xué)參數(shù)與療效聯(lián)系在一起,有利于正確指導(dǎo)個(gè)體化治療,是治療藥物監(jiān)測(cè)的主要工具。LC-MS在TDM工作當(dāng)中的作用日趨重要。有限采樣法通過(guò)有限點(diǎn)的血藥濃度值對(duì)藥物暴露量給予準(zhǔn)確估算,進(jìn)而使TDM更加經(jīng)濟(jì)適應(yīng),可以在臨床當(dāng)中廣泛應(yīng)用,同時(shí)方法學(xué)研究的不斷進(jìn)步對(duì)TDM的工作發(fā)展起到良好的促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:Therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) refers to the gradual development under the premise of switching to pharmaceutical technical services to ensure the safety of drug use by patients.In clinic, because of the difference of human body and other related factors, there is great difference in the clinical treatment response after the patients take the same dose of drugs through the same way.Therapeutic drug monitoring is to use quantitative analysis of the concentration of drugs and metabolites in biological samples, correctly guide clinical use of drugs, and then ensure the safety and effectiveness of drug use.The group pharmacokinetics method is to link the pharmacokinetic parameters with the curative effect and is helpful to guide the individualized treatment correctly. LC-MS is the main tool of therapeutic drug monitoring. LC-MS plays an increasingly important role in the work of TDM.The limited sampling method can accurately estimate the drug exposure through the blood concentration of a limited point, thus making TDM more economical and can be widely used in clinical practice.At the same time, the continuous progress of methodological research plays a good role in promoting the development of TDM.
