【摘要】：目的:了解阿片類鎮(zhèn)痛藥在某院的使用情況,為促進(jìn)臨床合理用藥提供參考。方法:對該院2014-2016年阿片類鎮(zhèn)痛藥的銷售金額、用藥頻度(DDDs)、日均費(fèi)用(DDC)和排序比(B/A)等進(jìn)行回顧性分析與比較。結(jié)果:該院阿片類鎮(zhèn)痛藥的年銷售金額在2015年略有增長,在2016年則出現(xiàn)了明顯的下降;芬太尼透皮貼劑(8.4 mg)、氨酚羥考酮片和注射用鹽酸瑞芬太尼的DDDs一直穩(wěn)居前3位,枸櫞酸芬太尼注射液(0.1 mg)和硫酸嗎啡緩釋片的DDDs呈逐年上升趨勢,芬太尼透皮貼劑(4.2 mg)和芬太尼透皮貼劑(8.4 mg)的DDDs呈逐年下降趨勢;2016年底因取消了藥品加成,所有藥品的DDC值均出現(xiàn)了下降;多數(shù)藥物的B/A值均接近1.0,只有鹽酸羥考酮緩釋片(40 mg)的B/A值連續(xù)3年明顯小于1.0,芬太尼透皮貼劑(8.4 mg)和氨酚羥考酮片的B/A值連續(xù)3年明顯大于1.0。結(jié)論:該院2014-2016年阿片類鎮(zhèn)痛藥的品種規(guī)格較齊全,使用情況基本合理;可進(jìn)一步細(xì)化監(jiān)管工作,促進(jìn)該類藥物的規(guī)范使用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the use of opioid analgesics in a hospital and to provide reference for the rational use of opioid drugs.Methods: the sales amount of opioid analgesics, DDDsI, daily average cost (DDC) and ranking ratio (B / A) of opioid analgesics from 2014 to 2016 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed and compared.Results: the annual sales of opioid analgesics in the hospital increased slightly in 2015 and decreased significantly in 2016. The DDDs of fentanyl transdermal patch, aminophenol hydroxycodone tablet and remifentanil hydrochloride for injection was consistently in the top three.DDDs of fentanyl citrate injection and morphine sulfate sustained-release tablets increased year by year, DDDs of fentanyl transdermal patch and fentanyl transdermal patch decreased year by year.The B / A value of most drugs was close to 1.0, only the B / A value of hydroxycodone hydrochloride sustained release tablets was significantly lower than 1.0 for 3 consecutive years, the B / A value of fentanyl transdermal patch was 8.4 mg) and the B / A value of paracetamol hydroxycodone tablets was significantly higher than 1.0 for 3 consecutive years.Conclusion: the varieties and specifications of opioid analgesics in the hospital from 2014 to 2016 are complete and the usage is basically reasonable, which can further refine the supervision work and promote the standardized use of this kind of drugs.
