【摘要】：目的:為合理使用抗菌藥物提供參考。方法:回顧性分析2013年1月-2014年12月我院兒科住院的93例毛細(xì)支氣管炎患兒的病原體檢測和抗菌藥物使用情況,病原體檢測主要包括呼吸道病毒、肺炎支原體、肺炎衣原體的Ig M抗體和痰培養(yǎng)。結(jié)果:93例毛細(xì)支氣管炎患兒中,呼吸道病毒Ig M抗體檢測陽性22例(23.66%),主要為呼吸道合胞病毒;痰培養(yǎng)檢測陽性17例(18.28%),主要為卡他莫拉菌、流感嗜血桿菌和肺炎鏈球菌;非典型病原體檢出10例(10.75%),主要為肺炎支原體。使用抗菌藥物47例(50.54%),其中有明確抗菌藥物使用指征的僅占12.77%(6/47);1~3月齡段使用抗菌藥物比例最高,占同齡段比的81.82%;使用抗菌藥物病例病程明顯延長,平均病程(8.27±3.32)d。結(jié)論:我院毛細(xì)支氣管炎患兒仍以病毒感染為主,使用抗菌藥物比例高,但大多無明確細(xì)菌感染指征。
[Abstract]:Objective: to provide reference for rational use of antimicrobial agents.Methods: from January 2013 to December 2014, 93 pediatric patients with bronchiolitis in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed for pathogen detection and antimicrobial agents use, including respiratory tract virus, mycoplasma pneumoniae, mycoplasma pneumoniae, respiratory tract virus, mycoplasma pneumoniae, and mycoplasma pneumoniae.IgG M antibody and sputum culture of chlamydia pneumoniae.Results among 93 children with bronchiolitis, 22 cases were positive for respiratory tract virus IgG antibody, mainly respiratory syncytial virus, 17 cases were positive for sputum culture, mainly for Casamora, Haemophilus influenzae and Streptococcus pneumoniae.Atypical pathogens were detected in 10 cases, mainly mycoplasma pneumoniae.47 cases with antimicrobial agents were treated with antimicrobial agents (50.54%), of which the proportion of using antibiotics was the highest at the age of 12.777,6 / 47 / 1 / 3 months, which was 81.82% in the same age group, and the course of the disease was obviously prolonged in the patients with antimicrobial agents, with an average course of 8.27 鹵3.32days.Conclusion: children with bronchiolitis in our hospital are still mainly infected by virus, and the proportion of antibiotics used is high, but most of them have no clear indication of bacterial infection.
