【摘要】：正阿奇霉素~([1])是一種新型的大環(huán)內(nèi)酯類抗生素,廣泛用于臨床,適用于敏感菌所致的呼吸道、皮膚軟組織感染和衣原體所致的性傳播性疾病。具有抗菌譜廣、不良反應小、臨床應用廣泛等優(yōu)點~([2-3])。目前,國內(nèi)已有多家藥廠生產(chǎn)該產(chǎn)品及其制劑,因此制劑中有關(guān)物質(zhì)的含量測定和質(zhì)量控制具有必要性。試驗采用HPLC-ESI-MSn聯(lián)用~([4-8])的方法檢測了一批乳糖酸阿奇霉素中的有關(guān)物質(zhì),并使用USP
[Abstract]:Azithromycin ([1]) is a new macrolide antibiotic, which is widely used in clinic. It is suitable for respiratory tract, skin soft tissue infection and sexually transmitted diseases caused by chlamydia.It has the advantages of wide antibacterial spectrum, small adverse reaction and wide clinical application ([2-3]).At present, many pharmaceutical factories have produced the product and its preparation, so it is necessary to determine the content and quality control of the related substances in the preparation.The related substances in azithromycin lactate were determined by HPLC-ESI-MSn and USP.
