【摘要】：目的:為促進(jìn)基本藥物的合理使用提供參考。方法:結(jié)合我院實(shí)際情況,以制度為依據(jù),以信息為支撐,構(gòu)建基本藥物使用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控體系,并加以實(shí)施。結(jié)果:該體系的實(shí)施,使得全院醫(yī)務(wù)人員對(duì)合理、經(jīng)濟(jì)、安全使用基本藥物的思想認(rèn)識(shí)有了較大提升,臨床使用基本藥物的行為得到了規(guī)范,基本藥物使用情況漸趨正常、合理�；舅幬锸褂蔑L(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控體系實(shí)施后,全院藥占比從34.62%降至32.64%,住院藥占比從33.02%降至27.89%;全院基藥占比從31.22%升至43.34%,住院基藥占比從23.46%升至39.17%;門診抗菌藥物處方比例從15.04%降至13.46%,住院抗菌藥物使用率從62.11%降至48.47%;共計(jì)發(fā)出各類預(yù)警104次,處罰不合理用藥人員23人次;處方的格式規(guī)范性和用藥合理性得到逐步提高。結(jié)論:基本藥物使用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控體系的構(gòu)建是醫(yī)改取得成功的關(guān)鍵之一。應(yīng)充分運(yùn)用"制度+技術(shù)"的手段,建立風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制,并在實(shí)踐中不斷完善該體系。
[Abstract]:Objective: to provide reference for the rational use of essential drugs.Methods: according to the actual situation of our hospital, the system of prevention and control of essential drug use risk was constructed based on system and information.Results: the implementation of this system made the whole hospital medical staff to the rational, economic, safe use of essential drugs has a greater awareness of the ideological understanding, clinical use of essential drugs behavior has been standardized, the use of essential drugs is becoming more and more normal.Reasonable.After the implementation of the risk prevention and control system for the use of essential drugs,48.47; 104 warnings of all kinds,The punishment for irrational use of drugs was 23 person-times, and the prescriptions were standardized and the rationality of drug use was gradually improved.Conclusion: the construction of risk prevention and control system for essential drug use is one of the keys to the success of medical reform.We should make full use of the means of "system technology", establish a long-term mechanism of risk prevention and control, and constantly improve the system in practice.
