【摘要】：目的:評估2015年5月我國藥品價格改革的政策效應(yīng),填補(bǔ)國內(nèi)對藥品價格改革效應(yīng)的實證研究空缺。方法:基于2011年1月到2017年2月國內(nèi)外藥品價格相關(guān)指數(shù),使用雙重差分模型論證藥品價格改革對藥品價格和波動率的政策效應(yīng)。結(jié)果:價格和波動率的雙重差分模型均有顯著為正的雙重差分因子,藥品價格改革提高了國內(nèi)藥品價格和價格的波動率。結(jié)論:從短期政策效果來看,藥品價格改革的確不能降低藥品價格,減輕民眾醫(yī)療負(fù)擔(dān)。但從經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的角度來看,市場定價帶來的市場競爭能夠在長期內(nèi)形成合理的藥品價格,對醫(yī)療市場發(fā)展起到積極的作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: To evaluate the effect of policy reform in China in May 2015 the price of drugs, to fill the vacancy of domestic empirical research on drug price reform effect. Methods: from January 2011 to February 2017, the domestic and foreign drug price index based on double difference model demonstration of drug price reform policy effects of drug price and volatility. Results: the difference in price and volatility the rate of the model has significant difference for positive factors, drug price reform to improve domestic drug prices and price volatility. Conclusion: in the short-term policy effect, the drug price reform does not reduce the price of drugs, reduce the medical burden of the people. But from the point of view of economics, market pricing from market competition to form a reasonable drug price in the long term, positive effect on the development of medical market.
