【摘要】：臨床試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)量巨大,數(shù)據(jù)清理需要多種手段相結(jié)合,其中可視化技術(shù)是國(guó)際最新發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。本文重點(diǎn)針對(duì)臨床數(shù)據(jù)管理過程中不同階段和不同類型數(shù)據(jù),概述了8種可視化圖形,涵蓋試驗(yàn)的全過程,形成一個(gè)應(yīng)用路徑,顯示數(shù)據(jù)之間的關(guān)聯(lián)和趨勢(shì),直觀理解數(shù)據(jù)信息,快速發(fā)現(xiàn)異常數(shù)據(jù),使數(shù)據(jù)管理過程變得輕松生動(dòng),提高了數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量和試驗(yàn)效率。
[Abstract]:Because of the huge amount of data in clinical trials, data cleaning needs a combination of many methods, among which visualization technology is the latest development trend in the world.This paper focuses on the different stages and types of data in the process of clinical data management, summarizes eight kinds of visual graphics, covering the whole process of the experiment, forms an application path, and shows the correlation and trend of the data.Intuitionistic understanding of data information and rapid discovery of abnormal data make the process of data management easy and vivid, and improve the quality of data and test efficiency.
